Phewww!since ramai jugak yg tanya apa tips jadi mcm ni,ni la yg i nak share mcmana i lose weight.

Well,masa sebelum pregnantkan aydan i was 60kg..kadang2 61..Tp mmg within that range lah.start je pregnant,due to bad morning sickness,i lost 3kg first trimester..ingatkan lps 1st trim dh ok la kan tp the sickness getting worst.siang malam muntah.xboleh makan over sikit.nasi mmg jd musuh time.mmg xbole nak telan.

Dipendekkan cerita i lost 10kg in total masa pregnant.masa pantang,berat maintain 50kg.tu masa confinement nanny ada.bila dia blk je,kene jg diri sendiri berat slowly turun lg.sbb at the same time i kne jaga rayna,jaga baby,buat housework.turun naik tangga berkali2 dlm sehari.fuhh.srsly mmg penat sampai xlalu nak makan langsung.

Even sampai sekarang hubungan i dgn nasi masih lg suam2 kuku je.hahaha.but i still kene makan nasi sbb breastfeeding kan.tp mkn nasi sekali je sehari.slalunya tghari la.mlm mmg xmkn nasi.xlalu sbb penat.

Kadang2 sampai kne paksa makan dgn hubby :-) to be honest,selain dr kurang makan nasi,i mmg kurangkan intake fastfood dgn ais which i think it help a lot!badan pon xrasa trok sgt.

Some of my fren ckp kalau breastfeeding mmg senang kurus.maybe yes,maybe no.lepas 3mnths maternity leave aritu org kat opis siap tanye i ni sakit ke.sbb kurus sgt.(maksudnya kurus dr sblm ni).

Alhamdulillah,happy sgt!.seronok bila dpt balik figure mcm zaman anak dara.eh tp masa sblm kawen pon i 55kg.

Mommies out there yg nak lose weight,jgn susah2 pergi slimming centre or makan pill yg bukan2,just jaga makan insyaAllah..tapi hati kene kental sikit la :-)

I mmg berazam nak kurus sbb penah kene perli ok kat kedai baju masa nak beli baju raya last 2 yrs.budak salesgirl xsyg mulut tu siap ckp,muat ke kak part bontot tu?eeeisshhh sentap hatimaknak.hahahah

Now nak beli baju online pon tadahal.dulu bole beli tudung je sbb tudung xpayah nak risau dgn sizing kan.

Oh speaking of tudung,have u guys beli tudung raya?kalau xde tu can visit cottonmoms now!wahhh sempat lg tu promote.

Oklah semua.thanks sbb masih sudi visit blog i.selamat berpuasa.i berharap sgt dpt puasa penuh this yr!aminn!semoga ibadat puasa kita diterima Allah.amin.

P/s: bulan puasa ni berat turun lg jd 47!seronok!2kgs to go!i want 45!pray for mee!

47kg? wahhhh how come u, a mommy for two kids can be so kurus ! whereas me yg anak dara, berat mcm anak gajah? oh tidakkkkkk. sob sob T__T
